Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your St Moritz Leather piece, we are more then happy to offer you a store credit or exchange for change of mind returns. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. If you're just outside of this timeframe please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help you.
If you need to exchange it for another item of the same value, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 14 Thornton St, Bentleigh East, Victoria AU 3165
Store credits and exchanges are not applicable to sale items.
Please note St Moritz does not offer refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original St Moritz dust bag packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then be happy to help you organise a store credit or exchange for another item.
All leather pieces from St Moritz Leather are hand made to order. If there happens to be any fault or damage to the product when you receive it, we are more then happy to repair the item or replace the item.
Please be aware leather will age over time, this is part of its beauty. We do not accept returns on products damaged by normal wear and tear.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is a change of mind return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
